研究計畫簡介

1.      開發新穎分析技術應用於質譜蛋白體學:目前質譜技術應用於蛋白分子上以蛋白質鑑定以及後轉譯修飾分析為主流。本實驗室著重於開發新穎的分析方式,以化學交聯鍵結反應結合新穎質譜資料分析技術,提供對蛋白質結構及其後轉譯修飾新的鑑定方法。

2.      穩定氮同位素標定法應用於矽藻蛋白體定性定量研究:環境因子的改變對於矽藻的生長有極大的影響,傳統的方式無法對細胞中全蛋白體的變化進行系統性的分析。目前雖有由RNA的角度以全轉錄體的分析方式進行研究,但此法常有定量上的疑慮。本實驗室以氮穩定同位素標定不同環境因子下生長的矽藻,配合質譜蛋白體學技術可對矽藻蛋白進行全方面定性與定量分析,可進一步分子層級瞭解環境因子對矽藻生長或其自然生態的影響。

3.      開發新式奈米材料應用於質譜蛋白體學研究:奈米材料具有顆粒小、表面積增大的特性,非常適合用於開發為新的載體以應用於蛋白質體的研究分析上。本實驗室嘗試開發對特定蛋白分子上後轉譯修飾具辨識性以及富集性質之奈米材料,可應用於偵測低濃度之蛋白分子後轉譯修飾變化
