1. 研究介紹

超氧歧化酵素 (SOD)它的功能是排除 .O2-,有報告指出SOD應用在創傷傷口能加速癒合和美白淡斑。又SOD能調節神經細胞產生IL-1、 NO和TNF-之功能,故SOD是維持身體健康扮演重要角色。抗氧化相關基因產物 (1-Cys Prx, 2-Cys Prx, Trx, P-450, GFD..) 它的功能在壽命、健康和解毒扮演重要角色。
樟芝在傳統療法上最主要應用於解毒,皮膚癢及肝癌等症狀。在眾多具有生理活性的成分中,抗氧化物特別受到重視,因此一系列藉由提升抗氧化效果而達到保護正常細胞或毒殺癌化細胞的機轉,也陸續做了研究,但樟芝SOD和抗氧化相關基因產物所知甚少,因此值得將樟芝SOD和抗氧化相關基因作有系統的研究。
